Product
description
Aeropur®, a wet-type electroprecipitator , is an
anti-pollution device which cleans exhaust gases. Dust and other
noxious substances contained in exhaust gases are electrically charged
in a corona discharge from the discharge electrode and moved to
the dust collection electrode where they are trapped by washing
or a water screen.
Features
 |
Aeropur® can be used for a wide range of
exhaust gases because it is not susceptible to electrical
resistance and does not cause redistribution or inverse ionization. |
 |
Aeropur® requires minimal installation space. |
 |
Aeropur® causes minimal pressure loss. |
 |
Aeropur® is resistant to corrosion because
construction materials are selected according to the properties
of the exhaust gases. |
 |
Aeropur® can be operated at room temperature. |
 |
Maintenance and inspection is simple because Aeropur®
has no parts prone to dust collection or moving components. |

Product description
Aeropur®, a dry-type electroprecipitator, provides
a highly efficient method of dust collection which can be utilized
in the management of dust in a diverse range of settings. For example,
Aeropur® has been employed in the prevention of
air pollution or recovery of valuable substances in the fields outlined
below.
Features
 |
Aeropur® efficiently collects dust by using
a spike-type discharger and positive/negative pole plates.
|
 |
Aeropur® can collect dust with electrical
resistance such as heavy metals (e.g., lead, cadmium). |
 |
Aeropur® is economical to operate because
the spike-type discharger enables it to be operated at a low
voltage and current. |
 |
Long-term, trouble-free operation is assured by the use
of a spike-type discharge electrode in Aeropur®. |
 |
Pressure loss is minimal due to the simple structure of
Aeropur®. |
 |
On-site construction of Aeropur® is reduced
due to subassembly at the factory. |
Uses
 |
Waste incinerator (industrial waste, urban garbage) |
 |
Ceramic industries (glass smelting furnace, etc.) |
 |
Nonferrous metal industries |
 |
